Maria is an event photographer who began her career capturing the lively scenes of Cambridge University balls. She takes an almost entirely candid approach to her work and prioritises genuine joy and interaction over staged shots.

Maria particularly enjoys photographing the dance floor, and has been noted for her high contrast black and white edits, which give her galleries a retro twist.
