A taste of Americana for a global consultancy firm.

When a Big Three consultancy firm wanted a summer party people would talk about long after the evening ended, we took them west. Over 1,000 guests arrived at The Honourable Artillery Company to find the venue reimagined as a Wild West town, with the theme carried through every space, indoors and out.

In a single day, we turned a historic listed venue into a frontier town. Bespoke décor gave each area its own character, and immersive AV brought the setting to life, with a large LED screen and custom stage framing a Dolly Parton showstopper, dance perfomance, DJ and 23-piece live band. Costumed actors worked the crowd in character, while games and hands-on craft activations kept guests busy all evening. On-site registration got over 1,000 arrivals from the door into the party without a hitch.

The result was a seamless, high-energy evening, delivered end to end by one team, from entertainment and activations to décor, AV and guest management.
