The Brief:

Create an immersive, fun awayday for 1000 guests for one of the world’s biggest corporate providers.

Blank Canvas Entertainment had the absolute pleasure to transform The Hurlingham Club back in summer 2024, planning a fun away day for over 1000 guests. 

Guests were treated to a range of activities planned by the BCE team, including candle making, terrarium workshops, ceramics, and jewellery making. All whilst being entertained by over 10 different strolling acts, such as some of our favourite roaming bands, acoustic line ups, magicians and acrobats. 

As day turned to night, we treated guests to Soul Beat, one of our most premium band line-ups. They got the crowd raring to go before a VIP performance from festival headliner; Jax Jones.

The night was finished with a fantastic performance from DJ Lewis, and some rather fabulous disco dancing heads!
