Today we chat to our wonderful croupiers Lynette and Pierre.

BC: Hello there, so who are you?
Lynette and Pierre: We are Lynette and Pierre, croupiers at Blank Canvas Entertainment.

BC: Describe what you do in one sentence.
Lynette and Pierre: We work as professional croupiers on Blank Canvas Entertainment’s authentic casino tables for corporate and private events, weddings and fundraisers.

BC: What makes you different from other croupiers?
Lynette and Pierre: We are different as we offer a very personal service with years of experience of running ‘Fun Casinos’.

BC: How did you become a croupier?
Lynette and Pierre: We trained and worked in London before travelling the world on cruise ships and working in the Bahamas.

BC: Who is your favourite croupier / card player?
Lynette and Pierre: Our favourite croupiers are the ones who work with us on events.

BC: What has been your favourite ever event (and why)?
Lynette and Pierre: No one event. All are different which makes our life very varied and interesting.

BC: What would be your ideal event?
Lynette and Pierre: Any event where the customers are enthusiastic and happy. Weddings are particularly enjoyable, as it’s always lovely to be part of someone’s special day,

BC: Who have you most enjoyed performing for/meeting on an event?
Lynette and Pierre: We have met so many different people and characters that it’s hard to choose. Sir Alec Ferguson was at one of our jobs and was not only charming, but also a keen roulette player. He would have won the prize, but kindly donated it to someone else.

BC: What do you do the rest of the time (when you’re not doing your act)?
Lynette and Pierre: We like to travel and dabble in furniture restoration when we can.
