
Events Executive
Blank Canvas Entertainment is one of London’s leading event and entertainment specialists.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and be eager to learn and grow in the events industry. The role will include supporting the Senior Event Producer in all aspects of event planning and execution, including event administration, supplier communications, booking acts and production services, and on-site delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Event Producer in planning and coordinating all aspects of events
- Manage event administration, including creating and updating event timelines, managing budgets, and maintaining event documentation.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Book acts and production services as required, ensuring they meet the client’s needs and budget.
- Operate our business software, Giggio, to take bookings and enquiries from initial discussions, to contract and delivery.
- Assist with on-site event management, including setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and act as a point of contact for any queries or concerns.
Requirements
- University graduate (2:1 from Russell Group member or equivalent).
- Experience in organising and planning events.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Strong client relationship building skills preferred.
- Ability to work four days a week in our London office, plus occasional evening and weekend work when required.
