With a warm, grounded approach, she helps people reduce stress, build resilience and reconnect with a sense of joy through proven mindfulness practices.
Having personally experienced the life-changing benefits of mindfulness – especially in facing difficulty and easing stress – Hannah is passionate about sharing these tools with others to support mental health and emotional wellbeing.
Trained with Breathworks, she specialises in Mindfulness for Stress courses, offering practical support to those dealing with workplace pressures, family challenges, loss, anxiety or low mood. Whether you’re looking to deepen your meditation practice or simply find more calm in your day-to-day life, Hannah creates an inclusive, supportive space for all.
Based in central London, she also works as a senior leader at a local primary school, delivering sessions for teachers, parents and businesses from their dedicated mindfulness and meditation space. Her aim: to bring mindfulness into the heart of the community. Alongside her teaching, Hannah runs creative workshops for adults, children and families that combine mindfulness with art.
With a background in fine art, she encourages playful, sensory exploration through drawing and painting – helping people slow down, reconnect, and create with intention.
