Having experienced the life changing benefits of practicing mindfulness, especially with improving her relationship to difficulty and supporting stress reduction, she is passionate about bringing the benefits of practice, to others to support mental health and wellbeing. Mindfulness practice can help people suffering from stress associated with work, family and relationships, loss, depression, anxiety and those who simply want to boost their resilience, learn mindfulness and meditation, or find greater joy and well-being in their lives.
She has trained with Breathworks and specialises in teaching Mindfulness for stress courses. She is also a senior leader of a primary school in central London and runs courses for teachers, parents and local businesses from their designated mindfulness and meditation space- offering mindfulness to the whole community.
She also has an art studio where she loves to draw and paint in her spare time. She has a background in art which has inspired an interest in the relationship between art and mindfulness and also offers creative workshops for children, adults and families, that draw attention to the senses and explore the world around us in a playful and creativity way.
